City Announces Long Term Recycling Service Provider

The City of Medicine Hat has agreed to a 10-year agreement with the firm Green For Life Environmental Inc. (GFL) to collect, process and market residential recycling. The City issued a request for proposals for a long-term recycling service provider in October of 2019. GFL was awarded the contract as their proposal was evaluated as the strongest overall compared to other respondents. Their ability to market the recycled material in the global market was a contributing factor in their success.
