COVID-19 is like a forest fire, there is great life before trees are thick and green, businesses are doing well and thriving. Then a fire comes through, some still have growth and some turn into ash. Our efforts through COVID-19 were to ensure as many businesses came out with regrowth and the sight of green within a bunch of grey. We conducted a economic impact report to get a better understanding of how businesses were affected. We then implemented supports such as being an info source, advocating for policy, providing cost savings on membership, and implementing programs like ShopYXH to get products to consumers. As things continue to change in such uncertain times, we are dedicated to using our connections, support and influence to keep Fuelling our Business Community.
